Exercise of options
ZOO, the provider of software and software-led services for the filmed entertainment market, has today been notified of the exercise of options over 30,000 new ordinary shares of 15p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 15p per share by Ian Stewart, non-executive director of ZOO, held in the ZOO Unapproved Share Option Scheme. Ian Stewart will, following admission of the 30,000 new Ordinary Shares, be interested in 1,705,698 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.2% of the issued share capital of ZOO (as below).
The consequent total number of Ordinary Shares in issue at the date of this notice is 23,796,255 with each share carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 23,796,255.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
