ZOO Digital Group plc ("ZOO" or the "Company") announces that the Company's annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31st March 2011 and notice of annual general meeting ("AGM") have today been posted to shareholders.

The 2011 annual general meeting will be held at 11.30am on 22 September 2011 at the offices of finnCap, the Company's nominated adviser, 60 New Broad Street, London, EC2M 1JJ.
