Postponement of Final Results

 

ZOO Digital Group plc (AIM: ZOO), the leading provider of end-to-end, cloud-based localisation and media services to the global entertainment industry, announces that the Company's auditors have been unable to meet the pre-agreed timetable for the approval of the results on 6 July 2022. The Company has been informed by its auditors that it should be in a position to sign its results for the year ended 31 March 2022 shortly.  

 

As a result, the private investor event scheduled for today will be rescheduled for next week.
