Contract Win and Trading Update

ZOO Digital Group plc, the provider of cloud-based media production software and services to global creative organisations, today provides an update on trading.

In a separate statement released today, ZOO announced that BBC Worldwide, the wholly owned commercial subsidiary of the BBC, has selected ZOO to provide a pioneering new subtitling and captioning solution for its global operations. ZOO will deliver a cloud-based media workflow management system and associated subtitle and caption production services to BBC Worldwide in a deal beginning this month.

The Group expects full year revenues to be ahead of the prior year. Due to a combination of seasonality of projects in the entertainment industry and disruptions within a major customer, second half year revenues are expected to be lower than first half. Demand for the Group's subtitling software and services is strengthening both in the US and UK, evidenced by today's BBC Worldwide contract win.

ZOO will issue a pre-close trading update in April.
