                           Block Listing Application

Zotefoams plc (the 'Company') announces that it has made a block listing
application to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for up to
177,475 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to trade
on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List upon
issuance. The above-mentioned Ordinary Shares will be issued pursuant to the
exercise of options under the Company's SAYE Share Scheme. All of the Ordinary
Shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the
Company.
