                                 Block Listing

Application has been made today to the UK Listing Authority for the blocklisting
of a maximum of 432,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ('Ordinary
Shares') to, which could be issued pursuant to the Company's Share Option Plan.
It is anticipated that the blocklisting application will be granted on 11 April
2007.
