Zotefoams plc announces today that Mr Andrew Gingell has resigned from the
board as Managing Director.  He is replaced by David Stirling, Finance
Director, with immediate effect.

In addition, the company's Project Director, Tony Eldrett, becomes Operations
and Projects Director with direct responsibility for the day-to-day running of
operations at the Croydon site.
