The Board of Zotefoams plc is pleased to announce the appointment to the Board
of Mr Christopher Ryan as a Non-Executive Director.

Mr  Ryan,  aged 53, is currently a Non-Executive Director at Air Products  plc
where  he  has  spent  the  past  33 years in a variety  of  different  roles,
including Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Planning and leadership  of
their global electronics business.  More recently he was Senior Vice President
of  Air Products Europe Inc., where he was responsible for their Merchant  and
Tonnage gases business with sales approaching $1bn, spread across 9 countries.
