                            Directors' Shareholdings


The Company was notified on 23 December 2005 that Mr Eldrett, a director of the
Company, sold 34,358 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ('Ordinary
Shares') on 6 December 2005 at a price of 80p per Ordinary Share. Following this
disposal, Mr Eldrett is interested in 904,000 Ordinary Shares representing 2.5%
per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
