                             Director Shareholdings


The Company today received confirmation from David Stirling, Managing Director
of the Company, that he has yesterday exercised an option to acquire 82,093
ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 72.5
pence per Ordinary Share. In conjunction with this exercise of options Mr
Stirling has sold a total of 64,695 Ordinary Shares at a price of 123.5 pence
per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction Mr Stirling holds 58,360 Ordinary Shares,
representing approximately 0.2 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share
Capital.
