                             Director Shareholdings


The Company today received confirmation from Clifford Hurst, Finance Director of
the Company, that he has exercised today an option to acquire 41,379 ordinary
shares of 5p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 72.5 pence
per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction Mr Hurst now holds 78,745 Ordinary Shares,
representing approximately 0.2 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share
Capital.
