Directors' Shareholdings

The Company was notified on 11 November 2010 that David Stirling, Managing Director of Zotefoams plc, on 10 November 2010 exercised an option, under the Company's 2007 Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT"), to acquire 160,389 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 77.0p per Ordinary Share.  This option was satisfied by Ordinary Shares held by the EBT. Mr Stirling then sold these shares at a price of 138.0p per Ordinary Share. 

Following this transaction Mr Stirling's shareholding in Zotefoams plc remains unchanged at 144,445 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.4% of the capital of the Company.
