Richard Clowes, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director, notified the Company on 29 April 2013 that his wife's broker, at its own discretion, sold, on her behalf, 7,250 shares in the Company at a price of 222.5p on 3 April 2013.  The total number of shares held by Mr Clowes and his wife after this transaction is 40,000 (0.1% of the issued share capital).
