                            Directors' Shareholdings


The Company was notified today that Dr Fairservice, the Company's Chairman, sold
29,773 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') today at a
price of £1.05 per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Fairservice is
interested in 989,930 Ordinary Shares representing 2.7 per cent. of the
Company's issued share capital.
