                            Directors' Shareholdings


The Company was notified on 16 May 2007 that Mr Campbell, a non-executive
director of the Company, bought 5,939 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company
('Ordinary Shares') on 16 May 2007 at a price of 126.75 pence per Ordinary
Share. Following this purchase, Mr Campbell is interested in 5,939 Ordinary
Shares representing approximately 0.02 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital.
