                            Directors' Shareholdings

The Company was notified yesterday that:

Dr Fairservice, the Company's Chairman, sold 22,000 ordinary shares of 5p each
in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') yesterday at a price of £1.05 per Ordinary
Share. Following this sale, Dr Fairservice is interested in 967,930 Ordinary
Shares representing 2.7 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

Nigel Howard, currently a non-executive director who will succeed Dr Fairservice
as Chairman on 1 January 2007, bought 20,000 Ordinary Shares yesterday at a
price of £1.05 per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Howard is
interested in 20,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.06 per cent. of the
Company's issued share capital.
