                              Directorate changes



Zotefoams is pleased to announce that Richard Clowes will join the Board on 23
July 2007 as a non-executive director.  He will become a member of the Audit,
Nominations and Remuneration Committees.



Richard, aged 56, worked for TI Group plc from 1972-1991 and GKN Plc from
1991-2005.  He has wide operations and general management experience at both
companies and whilst at GKN he was a Divisional Managing Director for their
Powder Metallurgy, Offhighway and Autocomponents Divisions.  He was a main Board
Director of GKN plc from 2001 to 2005.



Richard is a Chartered Engineer and a Member of the Institute of Mechanical
Engineers.



Chris Ryan, a non-executive director of Zotefoams plc, has informed the Board of
his intention to resign as a director of the Company at the end of the year at
which point Chris will have served eight years as a director.  The Board would
like to thank Chris for his contribution and service to the Company during this
period.



The following information has been notified to the Company by Richard Clowes and
is disclosed in accordance with paragraph 9.6.13 (1-6) of the Listing Rules of
the UK Listing Authority.

No further details regarding Mr Clowes are required to be disclosed under
paragraph 9.6.13 (1-6) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
