                               Directorate change



As from 31 March 2006 Tony Eldrett, the Company's Operations and Projects
Director, is stepping down from the Board of Zotefoams plc.  Tony Eldrett has
been a Director of the Company since 1992 and is 61 years old.  He will remain
with Zotefoams retaining his current operational responsibilities.



Bill Fairservice, Company Chairman, commenting on the change said 'I would like
to thank Tony for his contribution to the business over the years and am pleased
that he will continue with Zotefoams for the immediate future.'
