                      ZOTEFOAMS PLC (the 'Company')

The board of the Company has been informed that following the appointment of
LeggMason Investors Assets Management plc ('LeggMason') as manager for the
Murray Enterprise Investment Trust, the total shareholding in the Company
managed by LeggMason is 1,625,600 ordinary shares of 5p each, representing
approximately 4.48 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company.
