ZOTEFOAMS PLC (THE 'COMPANY')
The board of the Company has been notified that 3i Group plc is beneficially
interested in 2,904,192 Ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company,
representing approximately 8.0 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital
in the Company.
