                          Resumption of Production

Further to the announcement of 23 October 2000 that Zotefoams had temporarily
suspended production due to the effects of a fire at its Croydon facility, the
board of Zotefoams is pleased to announce that production has now been
resumed. 

The production process is currently running at approximately 90% of full
capacity.  With current production in excess of our normal order rate, the
backlog of customer orders is already beginning to reduce.  Everything
possible is being done to minimise the disruption to customers and loss of
business to Zotefoams.
