The  board of Zotefoams (the 'Board') has noticed the rise in its  share
price  earlier  today.  The  Board  is  currently  negotiating  a  major
strategic alliance with a third party and expects to be able to  provide
further details of this when Zotefoams' preliminary results are released
on 28 February 2000.
