Zytronic plc ('the Company') announces that pursuant to the offer in
connection with the Company's pre float reorganisation dated 28 April 2000,
made to all the shareholders of Romag Glass Products Holdings Limited a
subsidiary of the Company, to exchange each 1 pence fully paid Ordinary Share
in Romag Glass Products Holdings Limited for one 1 pence fully paid Ordinary
Share in the Company, it has allotted a further 57,345 Ordinary Shares of 1p
each in the Company.
As a result of the foregoing, application has been made to the Stock Exchange
for 57,345 Ordinary Shares in the Company to be quoted on AIM and it is
expected that dealings will commence on Tuesday 23 January 2001. These shares
rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary Shares in
the Company.
