Further to the announcement made earlier today Zytronic plc ('the Company')
announces that pursuant to the exercise of options by Mark Cambridge, Director
under the Company's unapproved share option scheme, application is being made by
the Company for the 21,818 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company to be
admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that dealings in these new
ordinary shares will commence on Friday 5 October 2007. These new ordinary
shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary Shares
in the Company.
