                              Exercise of Options



Pursuant to the exercise of options under the Zytronic plc 2003 Sharesave
Scheme, Zytronic plc ('the Company') has allotted 11,944 ordinary shares of 1p
each in the Company and has made application to the London Stock Exchange to be
admitted to trading on AIM ('Admission'). It is expected that dealings in these
new ordinary shares will commence on Wednesday 30 April 2008. These new ordinary
shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary Shares
in the Company.
