Appointment of Finance Director
The Board of Zytronic is pleased to announce the appointment of Denis Mullan as
Finance Director with immediate effect.
Denis Gerald Wilson Mullan, age 49, was formerly a partner with Ernst & Young,
specialising in corporate finance. In a professional capacity, he has developed
an association with Zytronic dating back 10 years and accordingly developed a
detailed understanding of the business and its drivers.
Mr Mullan is replacing David Banks who will continue providing support as a
non-executive director.
John Kennair, Chairman, commented:
'Denis has been a long standing supporter of Zytronic for many years as an
advisor and we are delighted at his decision to commit himself as a full time
employee. Denis brings with him considerable ability in the corporate world and
a mature understanding of Zytronic and the markets in which we operate.
'Denis shares our confidence of the commercial applications of Zytronic's touch
screen technology, which was recently recognised by it becoming the 2003 Kiosk
Magazine Industry awards winner for Input Device Excellence.
'David Banks has made an invaluable contribution to Zytronic through its
development phase. We are pleased he will continue as a non-excutive director of
the Company.'
Listed below are the names of the companies with which Mr. Mullan has been a
director of at any time in the past five years.

There are no further disclosures to be made in accordance with Rule 15 and
