Director's Shareholdings
Zytronic plc ('the Company') announces that it was notified yesterday that John
Kennair, Chairman, transferred 22,935 Ordinary Shares in the Company as a gift
to a family member, for nil consideration, on Tuesday 27 February 2008. All of
these 22,935 shares have been gifted into a bare trust and, consequently as the
first named Trustee, John Kennair has the right to vote these shares. John
Kennair retains a beneficial holding of 1,033,065 Ordinary Shares in the Company
representing 7.05% of the voting rights and he has total voting rights amounting
to 1,162,708 shares representing 7.93% of the voting rights, including the
shares gifted into trust.
