ZYTRONIC PLC ('the Company')
Director's Shareholding -
Grant of Options under the Enterprise Management Incentive (EMI) regulations and
the Zytronic unapproved share option scheme.
On 29 February 2008, the Company granted to Denis Mullan, Finance Director,
options over 15,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an exercise price of
216.5p per share (being the closing mid-market price on 28 February 2008). The
options are exerciseable from 28 February 2011 and will lapse on 28 February
2018. 2,300 of these shares are issued under EMI regulations and the balance of
12,700 shares are issued under the Zytronic unapproved share option scheme.
In addition, during February 2008, the Company has granted options over a total
of 169,392 ordinary shares to employees under the terms of the EMI regulations
and an employee save as you earn scheme. Further details will be included in the
Company's Report and Accounts 2008.
