Zytronic was notified on Wednesday 21 May that the shares held in the undernoted bare trusts, of which John Kennair (Chairman) is the first named Trustee, have been transferred into the name of Adam & Company (Nominees) Limited for nil consideration.

Whilst the shares have been transferred into a nominee account, there is no change in beneficial ownership of the shares.
