Zytronic plc ('the Company') announces that it has received notification today
that Denis Mullan, Finance Director, acquired a further 55,000 shares in the
Company on 9 March 2004 at a price of 67p per share, increasing his total
shareholding to 75,000 shares, and that Ian Lawson, Chief Executive, acquired an
interest in 111,000 shares on 9 March 2004 in the Company at a price of 67p,
through his interest as a beneficiary in a family trust.
The Company also announces that Ian Lawson, Chief Executive, has waived his
existing options over 200,000 shares in the Company which were granted on 4
February 2002 at an exercise price of 189p per share.
