Zytronic plc ('the Company') announces that it has received notification today
that Denis Mullan, Finance Director, has a non beneficial interest in the
acquisition of a further 15,000 ordinary shares in the Company which have been
bought today, 21 July 2004, at a price of 59p per share on behalf of his minor
child.



This acquisition results in Mr Mullan's beneficial shareholding in the Company
being 75,000 ordinary shares and his non beneficial shareholding being 25,000
ordinary shares.
