                           RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR


Ian Lawson, Chief Executive, has resigned as a Director of the Company with
immediate effect and is in discussions with the Company regarding the
termination of his employment. The Chairman, John Kennair who had assumed a
greater executive role in the business will now take over in the interim as
Chief Executive.
