Zytronic plc ('the Company') announces that it has today granted options to
employees under its Sharesave Scheme at an option price of 44p per share, which
price was set on 20 January 2003, when invitations to subscribe for options were
issued.
Due to the substantial volume of applications received, the granting of options
has had to be scaled back and the directors have approved the grant of options
over 193,022 shares in total.
In order to make more options available for other employees, the applications
received from directors of the Company have been scaled back to zero. Also,
options granted previously to the Company's directors under the Sharesave Scheme
have today been allowed to lapse. These were:
John Kennair MBE Options over 7,848 shares
Sir David Chapman Options over 7,848 shares
David Banks Options over 4,505 shares
