IAS Welcome to the Investegate Announcements Service

What is it?

The Investegate Announcement Service (IAS) allows all UK-listed companies (and their agencies) to:

Complement their regulatory announcements with additional investor relations content that would be of benefit to shareholders and potential investors - of a UK listed company, including Aquis & Asset Match.
Broadcast both video and written content (MP4 video files and PDF documents)
Your content is delivered into the Investegate feed, archives with your other regulatory announcements and can be additionally displayed on a new “Company Presentations” page on Investegate.

IAS is available for the publishing of non-regulatory company announcements only and not for primary RNS releases.

Each announcement costs just £100* (plus £30* to add your content to your Presentations page) and once your account is established, you can post as often as you like: research, videos, reports, presentations, podcasts. In fact, anything that would interest and engage your shareholders, both existing and new.

*Plus VAT, if applicable, at the prevailing rate

How do I use it?

Once you have an account and we have verified and approved you as an official spokesperson (security is paramount for this service), you can simply upload your content onto Investegate as you would send an email with an attachment.

You can pay per content message using online payments or set up an account if you plan to use the service intensively and we will bill you once a month.

You can post video, podcasts, research & presentations, as long as they are compatible formats, and the benefits are that the content is on the Investegate site and we measure views/listens, durations and click throughs and provide this information on a dashboard as part of your account.

Getting Started

Opening an account and making your first post literally takes a few minutes. Complete our online form so that we can set up your permissions. In certain instances, we might be required to make additional verification checks to ensure that the person making the application is authorised to issue content to investors.
