Hambledon Mining Plc (AIM: HMB), the Kazakhstan gold mining and development company, announces the appointment of Aidar Assaubayev as its new Chief Executive. Mr. Assaubayev will be focused on a comprehensive review of the Company’s operations and strategic options with a view to identifying the best way forward for Hambledon and its shareholders. The Board believes Mr. Assaubayev brings a wealth of experience in gold mining as well as significant expertise on the ground in Kazakhstan.
