Appointment of Joint Broker

Armadale, the AIM quoted investment company focused on natural resource projects in Africa, is pleased to announce the appointment of Beaufort Securities Limited (“Beaufort”) as Joint Broker to the Company with immediate effect.

Peter Marks, Chairman of Armadale, said:

“We look forward to strengthening our presence within the retail investment space with the help of Beaufort as our joint Broker. With the completion of the financing of our 678,000oz flagship Mpokoto Gold Project on track and production to commence in H1 2016, producing approximately 25,000oz Au per annum over a nine year life of mine, this is an exciting time for Armadale and we look forward to the opportunities ahead.”
