Bank of Georgia announces the appointment of Joint Corporate Broker
JSC Bank of Georgia (the “Bankâ€), the leading bank in Georgia, is pleased to announce the appointment, with immediate effect, of Oriel Securities Limited as joint corporate broker. This appointment will support the proposed move to a premium listing on the London Stock Exchange, anticipated to take place on 28 February 2012 upon the completion of the tender offer by Bank of Georgia Holdings plc (“BGHâ€) to acquire the entire issued and to be issued share capital of the Bank (including those shares represented by GDRs) (the "Tender Offer").
