Director Shareholdings

Acquisition of Shares

On 27 January 2014, in accordance with Share Purchase Agreements entered into with the Company by the following individuals, the following purchases were made:

• Margherita Della Valle, a Director of the Company, purchased 785 Shares at a price of 322.30 pence per Share;
• Ian Meakins, a Director of the Company, purchased 438 Shares at a price of 322.30 pence per Share; and
• Lesley Knox, a Director of the Company, purchased 577 Shares at a price of 322.30 pence per Share.

Remaining Shareholdings

Following the above transactions, the aggregate Shares held beneficially (across all accounts) in respect of the relevant Director or PDMR are as follows:

Margherita Della Valle: 8,017 Shares

Ian Meakins: 6,714 Shares

Lesley Knox: 5,769 Shares

The Company was notified of the transactions, which all took place in London, on 27 January 2014.
