Grant of Options

On 20 March 2015, options were granted to the following Executive Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (‘PDMRs’) at an option price of 200.99 pence per Share under the terms of the Centrica Sharesave Scheme.

Exercise of Options

The following share options were exercised on 20 March 2015 by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMR). The share options exercised were Deferred and Matching Share Scheme (DMSS) matching and Long Term Incentive Scheme (LTIS) nil cost options that vested in April 2013 following achievement of the performance conditions. The nil cost options were originally granted in 2010.
