Webb that following an acquisition of ordinary shares of the Company of 0.1 pence (“Ordinary Shares”) on the same date, Mr Webb is the beneficial holder of a total of 35,709,281 Ordinary Shares, equating to approximately 5% of the Ordinary Shares in issue. The Company has a total of 713,909,432 Ordinary Shares in issue with each carrying the right to one vote.
