Statement re posting a Circular convening a General Meeting

Further to the announcement made on 13 September 2013 of the Company’s intention to launch new offers for subscription for new shares in November 2013, Hargreave Hale AIM VCT 1 plc is pleased to announce today it is posting a Circular to shareholders of the Company convening a General Meeting to be held at 11 a.m. on 31 October 2013 at Accurist House, 44 Baker Street, London W1U 7AL for the purpose of obtaining the authority necessary to implement the Offer and to amend the Articles to extend the life of the Company to 2020.
