RESIGNATION OF SENIOR INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

IWG plc (the “Company”), the global leader in the fast-growing Workplace-as-a-Service sector with approaching 3,000 locations in over 100 countries and 1,000 cities across the world, today announces that Lance Browne has resigned as a Non-Executive Director effective from the Annual General Meeting on 16 May 2017. Lance has served on the board since 2008. François Pauly will be proposed for the role of the Senior Independent Director on the board with effect from Lance’s resignation.
