Interim Management Statement
This statement covers the period from 1 March 2007 to the date of release of the
statement on 2 July 2007.
On 19 June 2007, the Company announced it had signed agreements to invest £6.2
million in a series of renewable energy power generation projects in conjunction
with Keydata Income VCT 2 plc and Docherty Heat and Energy Distributor Limited,
an associate company of Centralgrange Environmental Waste Limited.
On 27 June 2007, these agreements became unconditional and initial down-payments
have been made in respect of the investments.
The most recent unaudited Net asset value per ordinary share as at 31 May 2007,
the end of the first quarter, was 96.17 pence.
The company held its Annual General Meeting on 20 June 2007, at which all
resolutions were duly approved by shareholders.
