ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS

Next Fifteen Communications Group plc (AIM: NFC), the digital communications group, announces that it has posted its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 January 2016, together with the notice of annual general meeting (‘AGM’) and form of proxy to its shareholders.

Copies of the annual report and accounts and the notice of AGM are available to download from the Company's website, www.next15.com.

The AGM will be held on Tuesday 28 June 2016 at 3.30pm at the Company’s registered offices at 75 Bermondsey Street, London SE1 3XF.

The Company announces that a typographical error has been identified in Resolution 3 of the form of proxy. Resolution 3 refers to a final dividend of x.xxp per ordinary share, when it should refer to a final dividend of 3.0p per ordinary share. A new form of proxy will shortly be sent to all shareholders, correcting the typographical error.
