                Brendan Magee to Retire as Non-Executive Director

Next Fifteen Communications Group Plc ("Next Fifteen" or "the Group") today
announces that Brendan Magee, a Non-Executive Director, is retiring from the
Board with effect from the Group's AGM on 23rd January 2007. He has been a
Non-Executive Director since 1991 and was involved in preparing the Group for
its flotation in 1999. Next Fifteen is not seeking an immediate replacement for
Brendan. Will Whitehorn remains as the Group's independent Non-Executive
Chairman and Ian Taylor as independent Non-Executive Director.

Next Fifteen's CEO, Tim Dyson, said: "I would like to thank Brendan for his
significant contribution to this business and the Board over the last 15 years.
His input has been hugely valued and has helped build Next Fifteen into the
global business we have today."
