Following the update provided in our Interim Statement where we reported that
our three principle internet telephony revenue lines (consumer, business and
distribution) are all growing, the Board would like to highlight the successful
integration of VComm (UK) Limited ("VComm") which has contributed to an enhanced
trading performance for the Group as a whole such that internet telephony
minutes have gone up by over 80 % in the last quarter and the Group's revenues
are ahead of the management's forecast for the current quarter.

"The resources of Coms and expertise of the management team is giving confidence
to internet telephony (VoIP) product manufacturers to distribute their products
through this specialist Vcomm channel" said Jason Drummond, Executive Chairman.
He continued "the sale of and distribution of handsets drives our core internet
telecoms business and provides Coms with the opportunity to sell connections to
our internet telephony (VoIP) service which in turn builds a recurring revenue
stream".
