Mr Kramer's transaction was undertaken on the London Stock Exchange.

*Dr Fisher acquired 800 Shares by means of the purchase of 200 American
Depositary Receipts ('ADRs') (one ADR being equivalent to four Shares) on the
New York Stock Exchange at a price of 386.284 pence per share (being the
equivalent of 28.50 USD per ADR using an exchange rate of 1.8445).

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a) of the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
