Tate & Lyle PLC (the “Company”) announces that following the purchase of ordinary 25p shares (“Shares”) on 5 August 2011 under the terms of the Tate & Lyle PLC Dividend Reinvestment Plan (“DRIP”), the Company was informed yesterday that the following directors of the Company have acquired additional Shares at a purchase price of 551.49 pence per share:
