Unisys Corporation (NYSE:UIS) said today that it will provide a live Webcast of
its 2004 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, which will be held in Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania on Thursday, April 22.

Presenting at the meeting will be Unisys Chairman & CEO Larry Weinbach and
President & Chief Operating Officer Joseph W. McGrath. The meeting will begin at
9:30 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time. The live Webcast, which will include
synchronized presentation cells, will be available via the Unisys Investor Web
site at www.unisys.com/investor. A replay of the Webcast will be available on
the Web site following the live event.
