SENIOR MANAGEMENT UPDATE

GENEVA, 16 June 2016: Wizz Air Holdings Plc (“Wizz Air” or the “Company” and, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”), the largest low-cost airline in Central and Eastern Europe, today announces that John Stephenson, the Group’s Executive Vice President has informed the Company of his decision to resign with effect from 24 August 2016.

John Stephenson has been with the Company since 2006, during which time he held the position of Chief Commercial Officer and went on to become Executive Vice President in 2009.

József Váradi, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, commented:

“On behalf of the Board, management team and all of our colleagues, we would like to thank John for the significant contribution he has made to the Company over the last ten years. He has played a central role in building Wizz Air into the leading low cost carrier in CEE and one of the strongest airlines in Europe. We wish him all the best in the future.”
